Mariano Narodowski

Mariano Narodowski is currently Professor of Education at Universidad Torcuato di Tella, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. His research is in the fields of history and future of childhood, compared education systems and education policy and development. He received numerous grants and awards from the Tinker Foundation, UNESCO, Interamerican Development, Bank, Fundación Antorchas, DAAD, etc. and he served as a President of the Argentine Society of History of Education.
He has published various books and theoretical and applied papers in several academic journals including Journal of Education Policy, Comparative Education, Compare and Paedagogica Historica, among others He is Visiting Professor at the Research Network “Infância, Cultura e História” (GEPICH, Brazil). He was a John Simon Guggenheim Fellow and Harvard Visitng Scholar and he has lectured and delivered seminars, public lectures and private talks in numerous universities.
